Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026. These terms govern your use of the ApexDevz website and the enquiries you submit through it. Engagements for paid work are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Use of this site. You may browse and use this site for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the service, gain unauthorised access to any system, or submit forms with false or misleading information.
Enquiries and quotes. Submitting a form does not create a contract. Package prices shown on this site describe our standard scope at the time of publication and are not a binding offer. Final scope, price, and timeline are confirmed in a written proposal.
Delivery commitments. Our stated delivery windows, including the 10 to 14 day build window and the 24-hour response commitment, apply to signed engagements and assume timely provision of content, access, and feedback from the client. Delays caused by outstanding client input extend the window accordingly. The specific remedy for a missed window is set out in the signed agreement.
Results and figures. Performance figures, case results, and metrics shown on this site describe outcomes achieved in specific engagements under specific conditions. They are illustrative and are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results any other business will achieve.
Intellectual property. The content, layout, and branding of this website belong to ApexDevz. On completed client engagements, ownership of the delivered website transfers to the client on final payment, as set out in the signed agreement. We build on standard WordPress and Elementor and do not retain any proprietary lock on delivered work.
Third-party services. Integrations we implement, such as CRM, scheduling, SMS, and analytics platforms, are operated by third parties under their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for their availability, changes, or outages.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApexDevz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability arising from a paid engagement is addressed in the signed agreement for that engagement.
Changes. We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
Contact. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@apexdevz.com.
These terms are a general-purpose baseline. Have them reviewed by counsel before relying on them commercially.
